Jun. 22nd, 2019 08:52 amtl;dr: psychometric boy who runs a pawn shop. lost his boyfriend to a car accident six months ago. doesn't know it wasn't an accident. can't deal with the world alone. been sleeping in a depression nest in the back of his shop because he can't stand to touch anything in his home anymore.
(aka au dramarama kihyun with psychometry and no time traveling (yet))
+ powers re: inanimate objects allow him to read an object's past / history, creation process, and locations along the way (including origins of base materials), along with varying information of people tied to the specific object.
+ powers re: actual people allow him to know ... pretty much anything about a person, including secrets they've never shared with anyone, but it's easiest to read things closer to the surface. he's found that if the person he's touching knows about his powers, if they focus on the thing they don't want him to know, it's usually the easiest thing for him to 'hear'. can also view memories as if he were the one experiencing them. these things all vary depending on how much intention he has + how long he can touch someone + how vulnerable they are.
+ doesn't have any friends (aside from his now-dead-boyfriend), doesn't talk to any of his family.
+ desperate for contact/affection but simultaneously wants absolutely nothing to do with other people.
+ pretty much just spending his days trying to figure out a reason to keep living.
+ absolutely despises physical contact and will avoid it through any means necessary.
+ usually wears gloves and clothing pieces that expose as little of his skin as possible.
+ accidentally "reading" his boyfriend's dead body is the second worst thing to ever happen to him.
